Annena Aikins

Annena Aikins is a licensed real estate broker in California who has specialized in real estate finance for more than 11 years.

Annena earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies, with a Human Resources concentration from Georgia State University. She also holds a bookkeeping certification and is a Certified Money Map Coach through Crown Financial Ministries.

After college Annena started her career in Corporate America working in Human Resources. Annena later migrated over to the world of Real Estate finance; working as a loan officer and then later, co-founder of New Legacy Realty and Loans.

Over the span of her career, Annena has helped countless families and churches fulfill their loan requirements. Annena has worked as a Seminar Leader and Trainer, sharing her expertise with churches and nonprofit organizations. She has also worked as a Real Estate Instructor teaching real estate principles to students preparing for their state licensing exam.

In 2008, Annena wrote and published: What You Need to Know Before Financing Your Church: 77 Tips to Save Time and Prevent Mistakes, to help churches avoid pitfalls when seeking financing.

Annena has dedicated her life to helping people and uses all of her knowledge, expertise, experience and education to make a difference.
